Tasty beer of the day: Innis & Gunn Irish Cask

I am quite impressed by today's beer: Innis & Gunn's Irish Whiskey Cask Scottish Stout, from Edinburgh, Scotland. Tom gave it to me the other day.

I had already sampled Innis & Gunn Original so I had high expectations for this beer. Believe me, it was no disappointment. Even Maria loves it, and I cannot vouch for her love of stout beer.
Charissa once told me vote with your dollar! when I complained about terrible beers. She was right and since then, I have gone for quality over quantity. Yes, this beer might be a little on the expensive side ($4.95 / small bottle) but it is great value for your money.

I could see myself drinking this beer in the evening with a good book by a fireplace.
