Beer of last weekend: Black Creek Pumpkin Ale
When I was in Newmarket, I bought some local beers that are not as available in Ottawa. Already a fan of Black Creek Historic Brewery with their Rifleman's Ration and Black Creek Stout, I was happy to try their Pumpkin Ale, although I bought it for Maria, who really enjoys pumpkin beer.
The verdict? Pumpkin ale is yummy and I should buy some more before the brief season ends. I recommend drinking this beer as a reward after raking leaves.
