Last year, I asked for Axis & Allies: Pacific 1940 for my birthday.
This year, I asked for Axis & Allies: Europe 1940. Surprisingly enough, distributors are having difficulty getting some in stock. Maria found one on eBay and it arrived today.
This map is ridiculous!
Unfortunately, most of the game components were missing from the package so I have some discussing to do with the seller.
Until then, I can live without the pieces; the important part is the map.
For those interested, Axis & Allies: World 1940 is played with up to six players. The belligerents are
- Germany
- Soviet Union
- Japan
- United Kingdom
- ANZAC (Australia, New Zealand)
- Italy
- United States
- China
- France
I will schedule a full 12 hours to play this game.
