Beer of the day: Hacker-Pschorr

Today's beer is Hacker-Pschorr of Munich.

This Bavarian white beer has been one of my favourites since my visit to Europe ten years ago. This is a tasty beer if you enjoy white beers, which is not for everybody. Like my previous selections, this is a beer that I like to enjoy slowly.

As I was looking through old photos, I found one that is more significant to me now than it was in 2002: it is the O-Train in Germany!

When the city of Ottawa bought the Talent trains, it extended a contract that Deutsche Bahn had with Bombardier and purchased three trains. The cars were already the correct colour for Ottawa; they only needed the OC Transpo logo to be complete.
